Can I give a Superfoodio products as a gift?
Of course you can. A Superfoodio products makes a perfect gift for all food lovers. All our products are made using 100% natural ingredients, refined sugar free and vegan.
At the checkout, just add the recipient’s name and address, a personal gift message and any other special instructions you’d like us to know, and we’ll do the rest!
Shipping and Delivery
Who delivers my order?
We use Royal Mail and private courier services to deliver orders.
**Please note due to current circumstances delivery services may be experiencing delays and disruptions to service**
What is the postage and packaging fee?
We proudly deliver with Royal Mail and the postage and packaging fee is
automatically calculated based on the products purchased.
Where do Superfoodio deliver to?
We deliver to most UK addresses. If you can receive post, you can receive our deliveries.
Purchasing and Cancellation
What is your returns and refund policy?
We really hope that you love your Superfoodio snacks and treats. Due to
food safety reasons, Superfoodio does not accept returns or offer a refund policy unless in exceptional circumstances. Only upon the discretion of Superfoodio will a refund be offered.
How do you take payment?
We accept all secure payments via Stripe and PayPal. Please follow the appropriate instructions on the checkout. You will have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure
checkout.
How do I use my promotional code?
Before proceeding to checkout you will find instructions on where to add your promotional code.
