Peanut Butter Pretzel Balls

Looking for that perfect snack? Well look no further! These no-bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Balls are the ultimate bite sized treat packed with plant protein power!

INGREDIENTS

– 1 1/2 cup of rolled oats
– 1 1/2 cup of pretzels
– 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut
– 1/2 cup of peanut butter
– 1/4 cup of protein powder (Optional)
– 1/4 cup of coconut oil
– 1/4 cup maple syrup
– 1/2 bar Smooth Superfoodio Smooth Peanut Butter Chocolate 
– 1/4 cup of protein powder (Optional)

METHOD

  1. Pulse the rolled oats and pretzels in a food processor until crushed
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together
  3. Roll the mixture out into balls and place onto a baking tray
  4. Leave to chill in the fridge / freezer for 20 minutes
  5. Using the double boiler method, melt Superfoodio Smooth Peanut Butter Chocolate. Once melted dip half of the protein ball into the chocolate
  6. Leave to chill again in the fridge / freezer

Keep these in the fridge for them to last longer!
