INGREDIENTS
– 1 1/2 cup of rolled oats
– 1 1/2 cup of pretzels
– 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut
– 1/2 cup of peanut butter
– 1/4 cup of protein powder (Optional)
– 1/4 cup of coconut oil
– 1/4 cup maple syrup
– 1/2 bar Smooth Superfoodio Smooth Peanut Butter Chocolate
– 1/4 cup of protein powder (Optional)
METHOD
- Pulse the rolled oats and pretzels in a food processor until crushed
- In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together
- Roll the mixture out into balls and place onto a baking tray
- Leave to chill in the fridge / freezer for 20 minutes
- Using the double boiler method, melt Superfoodio Smooth Peanut Butter Chocolate. Once melted dip half of the protein ball into the chocolate
- Leave to chill again in the fridge / freezer
