No-Bake Vegan Chocolate Mousse-Tart

Celebrate summer with this delicious recipe!


TIME:  5.5 hours (including refrigerating time)



– 1.5 cups of almonds
– 1 cup of dates
– 1 tbsp of coconut oil
– 1 tsp of vanilla extract


– 1.5 bars of Smooth Superfoodio Peanut Butter Chocolate 
– 250ml coconut milk
– 1 tsp of vanilla extract

FOR THE TOPPING (optional) :

– Strawberries
– Peanuts


  1. For the base, in a food processor blend together the dates, almonds, coconut oil and vanilla extract until a sticky mixture has  formed. If the mixture isn’t sticky enough add 1 tsp of water at a time until the right consistency has formed.
  2. Into a lightly greased tart tin (or 6 mini tart tins) press down the mixture evenly to create a base. Set aside.
  3. In a pan, heat the coconut milk. Take off the heat and stir in the Superfoodio Smooth Peanut butter chocolate. Keep stirring until melted.
  4.  Add in the vanilla extract and mix together.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the tart tins and then refrigerate for minimum 4-5 hours.
  6. Top with crushed peanuts and cut strawberries to decorate (optional).
