Easy Baked Oats

Healthy and luscious, these baked oats are the perfect breakfast!

SERVES: 1 person

TIME:  30 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

– 3/4 cup of banana
– 1/2 cup (50g) rolled oats
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– pinch of salt
– 1/2 cup of plant mylk
– 10g sultanas
– 4 pieces of Superfoodio Crunchy Peanut Butter Chocolate

METHOD

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Grease an oven proof dish with vegan butter/spray.

3. Add the oats, banana, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and mylk to a blender and blend until smooth.

4. Once blended, add the sultanas and mix.

5. In an oven proof dish, add half of the mixture and then add 2 pieces of the Superfoodio Crunchy Peanut Butter Chocolate. Then pour over the remaining oat mixture.

6. Add 2 more pieces of Superfoodio Chocolate and extra sultanas on top (optional).

7. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
